How often are you really still and quiet? Anyone who has learned to meditate probably has this down, but what about you who still have a difficult time quieting down? This is a place to start!

For this past week we explored quiet and stillness to make way for you to finally hear yourself. Your needs and wants. Hearing what your body is telling you. This is needed every single day, but as you well know OH SO difficult to cultivate.
