Sunday Self-Love

However you dice it, the world we live in can be fairly assaulting on the nervous system. It’s at important times like those, that having a self-love practice is a must.

WHAT you do might be different from what other people do. What works for your bff might just not be what works for you, right?

Maybe it’s connecting with nature through a long walk, gardening, reaching out to a friend or cuddling with your pet. Maybe a trip to the museum, or a coffee and bun by yourself at the spot you’ve been eyeing out for a while (while you were zipping by, dropping off kids). Maybe it’s a daily movement practice.

What we know for sure is that our emotional well and swell, completely manifests and stores in our physical body, because how can it not? Our bodies and minds are symbiotically connected like cookies and cream or the night and the stars.

Having a movement practice, or a few, can be the portal to creating mind/body and spiritual freedom! Even 10 minutes does wonders compared to 0 minutes, right?

I, as a practitioner believe whole heartedly in movement-therapy. Having a movement practice combining all modalities, to match the goals of the unique you, physically, spiritually and emotionally. I’m a firm believer that it should be a complete form of healing therapy that is cover by health insurance and I believe it’s the key to healing ourselves in an individual basis and therefore as a human collective!

Wait, ok I got to serious ;) again!!

Please. Just. Move.

What’s your movement-therapy?

Live Loud!
