With my foundational knowledge in psychology, physiology and nutrition, I design and implement behavioral nutrition coaching and specific training programs to help each client realize their full potential. My expertise is all about identifying and addressing your specific needs. You get a multi-disciplinary trained professional that helps you examine your current health and well-being, and then makes recommendations to help you reach the goals that are important to you.
I created Bendable Body with both mobility and recovery in mind. The path to Holistic Wellness includes both our mind and body. Bendable Body is a union between the meditative components of breath and movement, and mobility exercises.
If you work better in numbers, I offer group classes at Crunch Fitness and Equinox. If you hate the inside of a gym, we’ll meet outdoors. Together we craft a wellness program that fits you, in the life you’re living right now.
