For
Teens
My program for teenagers (12-18) has more components than just
training. I have found, through research and real life situations, that
early adolescence can be a stressful time for children,
parents, and adults who work with teens. Both children and adults are
bombarded with difficult situations every day.
I can teach your
teen how to deal with a variety of stressful issues, adopting a new
healthier lifestyle that they can draw upon for the rest of their
life, getting to know themselves and their new place in the world as
they become young adults, keeping their personal well-being in mind
at all times.
I recommend an
initial session for assessment and interview, after which a 12-week
program continues in a one-on-one session environment.
The program is
also
available for groups per request.

Foundation. Tanja is passionate about supporting these groups
