Recognizing that each person has his or her own motivations and goals, it is easy to understand that each person’s path to complete fitness is different. I help individuals develop not only an exercise program but their own stress reduction techniques.

With my knowledge of physiology, I design and implement individualized nutrition and training programs to help each client realize his or her full potential. My expertise is all about identifying and addressing your specific needs. You get a multi-disciplinary trained professional that helps you examine your current health and well-being, and then makes recommendations to help you reach the goals that are important to you.

If you work better in numbers, I offer group classes at Crunch Fitness and Equinox. If you hate the inside of a gym, we’ll meet outdoors.
