A year has gone by

I can’t believe that today marks almost one years since me and Jack arrived to Stockholm! It has been a windy road leading up to the top on the mountain. Viewed from the top, things have a different perspective, and I’m grateful for that. We came with hopeful hearts and ready to go to work, giving birth to Lifeforce Academy and paving the way for more friends and family in our life, and of course adventure.

As we move forward together, stronger and definitely more enlightened :D I have so much gratitude to my companion and partner, who is loyal, trustworthy and ALWAYS game for learning more and being on an adventure. With energy breaks of course:). I’m a better person because Jack is in my life, loving me like he does.

The video above was created by our good friend Magnus Ringberg and Jack, after a fun day on the hill, doing sprints that pooped us out. It’s a snapshot of some of the things we love: nature, working out together with friends, creating fun things for your to watch, music and laughter. Life is not always wonderfully smelling rose petals, but if we can choose, we will choose to accept, stay conscious of what we focus on, and move forward.

I count myself lucky to have these days in life. I can’t wait to see what’s next. It’s time to go back to California, and see the sun, our family and friends, and let whatever comes be the next adventure.

LIVE LOUD!
