Fall Soup Game - 2nd Edition

As I said last week, soup is a great way to minimize your calorie intake while upping your vegetable game (and of course, be warm and cozy during this great time of year)! This weekend is actually a MUST for warm and comforting dishes, since L.A. will be blessed with lots of rain - be happy about it - we all need it desperately. 

Carrot and Coriander Soup 

I found this great soup below that is very easy to prep, tastes delicious and is packed with nutrients. You can cheat a bit by using ready peeled baby carrots from the store, but if you have the time, take yourself on a nice little farmers market stroll to get some organic carrots for the richest flavor.
