What do I have access to when being a MEMBER?
When becoming a MEMBER, you will pay a monthly fee and have access to ALL of the material, worth over $900. There will be new monthly features such as workshops and workouts, each month. You will have access to the community and always be able to ask questions, stay connected and enjoy support from me and other MEMBERS. You can enjoy all of the material as long as you are a member. When you’re done with our journey together, all you have to do is to cancel your membership. This is like a gym membership - when you stop paying, you also stop getting access to the material.
What happens if I don’t like the program?
We understand that it can take some time to feel out the style of a program. If you don’t like it within 14 days, you will have a full money-back guarantee! As a MEMBER you will be charged on month to month basis, so it’s up to you how long you want to have access. Otherwise, cancel at any time. When buying a full year membership, you will be able to cancel within 14 days, and get your money back.
Do I have to do all classes and workshops at all times?
The learning process takes time, and exercise requires enough rest between classes. To ensure students are not overwhelmed with tasks and info, we have created a weekly schedule to follow for the FULL programs 1-3. That way you can take your time to learn, and know exactly how to follow along. I highly recommend to make time for the material, and keep up with the scheduled classes and lessons for absolute best results! When you repeat the task, you learn! You literally change your mindset and movement practice.
Does it come with a diet plan?
No, these programs don’t come with a specific diet plan. I will teach you how to change your behavior relating to food and eating. In program 2 you will learn new behaviors around stress management and sleep. You will have a brand new behavioral toolbox, a holistic approach to sustainable and healthy nutrition. It’s not a quick fix, it’s a lifestyle. You’ll have all the tools proven to work the most efficiently.
What equipment will I need?
For absolute best results, I recommend having at least two sets of dumbbells, and after a while add heavier dumbbells to your repertoire, light and medium, and after a while heavy and heavier. You will need two yoga blocks, a yoga mat, and some mini bands. For program 3 you will also need a kettlebell. For Strong & Calm, you will need heavier dumbbells. You can also access everything through the Thinkific app, which means you can take the workouts with you everywhere! Great for people who already have a gym membership for instance.
