Fall is a great time to get back into cooking comforting and delicious meals that warm you up from the inside out! Yes, we do live in LA and you might think "Fall? It's 89 degrees outside!" and you would be right. But still, there's nothing as cozy as a warm bowl of soup and your favorite book or TV Show - no matter the outside temperatures. Eating soup is also a great way to stay full while minimizing your calorie intake - the hot broth tricks your brain and tummy thinking you've eaten much more than you actually have. What a great side effect! Not to mention - you get all your veggies in one quick meal!
