Week 1: The Beginning- Play like a Child

It’s a daunting task to get started with creating a Healthier and Better You. I would like for you to without further ado, follow these simple suggestions for Week 1. Repeat them every single day, and DON’T move forward until you feel that you are ready to go to the next week/lesson. Change takes time. Indulge in these small but significant tasks for yourself. You are important.

  • For Your Body: Start Moving!!! The bare minimum is 30 minutes every day, 5 days this week. More if you are ready. Simplify. Simplify. Simplify. Dance, walk, jog, skip – anything!
  • For your Head: Write down in your Diary: What movement or activity made me feel really good when I was a Kid? How can I recreate that in my adult life?
