Tis the Season...again

Gratitude! So good to be in the light and in the warm company of friends and dogs. Spencer (the handsome dog in the photo) is keen on being seen for certain! We managed to get through the first part of this Holiday season, eating good food and having laughs. Thanksgiving is that one US Holiday that I really like the idea of. I even like the meal, with a few tweaks.

Fall has come to California, and it’s the best part of the year here I think. Shorter days, but warm (not hot) and cold nights. The sunsets are (free) and gorgeous, and at a time when everything else is expensive or slowing down, I’m truly grateful to be able to slow don enough and pay attention to that immediate beauty around us. The wind has been moving the LA - smog, and clear skies peak out beyond them.

I have been deep diving into learning again, my favorite thing to do:), and I am so excited about how the medical field is turning to us Health Coaches for help with implementing lifestyle changes to people with chronic ailments for the general public. Very soon, health coaching will be a mainstream offer for all people who need it. In my opinion, everyone! I will be sharing the journey with you in the New Year. I look forward to the new, and past the difficulties of the present. I hope I can inspire you to do the same. Sometimes its takes more effort, and sometimes the smallest effort can be useful to transport us to a calmer right now. The most inexpensive and absolutely useful things we can do is take a few deep breaths before we continue, and to go for a walk. Walking is underestimated as an amazing tool for creating metabolism, and blowing off steam. Try one or both on a daily basis, and see how that can work for you? Have a beautiful few weeks ahead, and let me know how I can help!
