The act of Loving in any shape or form, is in itself transformational. I leave the definition of how it affects you, to yourself. I have found that when love is not present within us, we start paying negative attention to what is on the outside of us. Is it possible to fill yourself with so much love that the image of your own self changes?

  • For Your Head: Give yourself space to feel what you feel inside. Acknowledge what comes up. Undress in front of the mirror and see your body with Truth, Grace and Forgiveness. Keep doing this until your negatives give way. You CAN Love yourself.
